We had a wonderful Christmas vacation. We are so blessed to have jobs that we can be home for the two weeks all together. We had a blessed time spending lots of time together and with family. Highlights were playing lots of games, doing the 12 days of Christmas for a family, reading Christmas stories and scriptures each night, our annual drive around town and look at Christmas light. This year we ended up with a milkshake instead of hot chocolate to break tradition. We baked and cleaned. We went to Aunt Laura's for Christmas Eve. It was fun to have soup and celebrate with them. Hayden went skiing with the Sargents to Targhee. Mom took Hannah and Hayden skiing to Kelley's. The dad's took us night sledding up on Lincoln Hill. We love seeing what Fred our Elf would do each night. We were able to spend the night at Aunt Laura's one night with Alexis while my parents went to Logan for their anniversary.
We loved our Christmas eve jammies from dad this year. We have lived in them.
We celebrated Christmas downstairs for the first time. We were able to set up a kid tree downstairs this year. It was fun to spread out a little.

Harley is always right in the excitement!
We loved having prime rib dinner with the Jackson side the next day. It is fun to hang out with cousins and have sleepovers.
At the end of vacation, we had the Huls come stay with us and we celebrated with the Thornton side. Brianne and Hannah ended up with the same jammies.

We were excited to have a ham dinner and see what Grandpa Thornton had created for us this year.
We are so blessed with great family, our faith, food, and time together.
Merry Christmas!
